Fomos jantar no Confraria e ficamos surpresos com o que eles chamam de Fondue de carne, que é na verdade um churrasco à mesa. Vem cerca de 400g de filé mignon e 200g de filé de frango para ser assado à mesa, na pedra quente ou a óleo. Escolhemos a pedra por ser muito divertido preparar. Só atentar caso esteja com criança, a pedra pode causar queimaduras se mal manipualada. As carnes vinham acompanhadas tbm de torradas, batata frita, 6 molhos diferentes e picles de pepino. Fora essa atenção extra, super recomendo. Tudo gostoso e de boa qualidade. Chegamos e não precisamos esperar uma mesa. Achei interessante que há disponível casacos de pele falsa para os mais friorentos em algumas mesas. Os preços seguem a média da cidade 160 - 190 para casal.

Ótimo restaurante. Destaco o Camarão ao molho de queijo gruyère (para duas pessoas) e o Fondue de Chocolate. Ambos estavam deliciosos, com porções bem servidas e preços compatíveis com a região.

A localização em frente ao palco muito agradável para dias de show na praça, os pratos são muito saborosos e o atendimento é excelente. Há um equilíbrio entre pratos, vinhos, quantidade e preços, todos bem adequados.
